Frankfort Animal Hospital is a busy, well-established small animal hospital in Frankfort, Kentucky, committed to providing exceptional care and outstanding client service. We are a multi-doctor practice that has proudly served our community for over 50 years, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.

Our reception team is the heart of our practice. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, compassionate experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors.

About the Role

We are seeking a part-time receptionist with previous veterinary or medical front-desk experience preferred (but not required). The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
• Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls
• Processing payments and handling basic administrative tasks
• Communicating clearly with clients about services and hospital policies
• Supporting the medical team to ensure smooth daily operations
