Description
Very busy, multi-doctor AAHA accredited veterinary practice in Beaverton has an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Practice Manager. This is a full time, 5 day per week position.
Our practice provides progressive, compassionate care to small animals while delivering outstanding client service. We believe in providing the best possible medicine to our patients, and this requires an unsurpassed level of client communication and education. We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our front office team to strive to exceed our client's expectations.
This challenging position will require tremendous organizational skills, a proven ability to implement changes and protocols even when dealing with a variety of personalities, and impeccable attention to detail. This is a "working leadership" position, meaning that this individual will spend approximately 50% of their time "on the floor" as a receptionist or a technician. Therefore, polished client service and reception skills will be critical to success in this position.
The chosen candidate will have at least 5 years in a supervisory role, and at least 5 years experience in the veterinary field, preferably in the front office. Experience in staff training is a plus.
