We are iVET360! A boutique management services company dedicated to partnering with private practice veterinary hospitals across the country. We started iVET360 to improve upon current industry standards for closing the implementation gap in the private veterinary practice community. The unique iVET360 model challenges the traditional model of management services. In short, we match clients with expert specialists who are on top of their game when it comes to staff development, marketing and financial analytics. iVET360 is a data-driven company and we have developed our own set of intuitive tools to deliver quality services. The opportunity:

We are on the hunt for a strategic, client-facing Analyst to join our exceptional Analytics team. This pivotal position digs into the data that drives the success of a business and flawlessly communicates the findings to untrained ears. As part of a three-person team, the is responsible for oversight, delivery and communication of cross functional metrics that ultimately drive the financial success of the business.

You have top notch organization skills and can manage multiple projects at a time

You are a collaborative individual who isn’t afraid to ask your team for help. You lead by example, not by title and certainly not afraid to laugh out loud. You take great pride in your work and understand the importance of delivering on what you say


What you’ll contribute:

* Conduct weekly calls with hospitals to check in on progress with current initiatives

* Develop customized budgets for each hospital you are managing and communicate variances monthly

* Utilize operational dashboard to develop understanding of the hospital and lay groundwork for deeper analysis

* Deliver documentable, provable value (DPV) to clients

* Brainstorm with team on ways to simplify production and how to best utilize available resources


What it takes:

* Communication Skills. You relate well to all kinds of people and build constructive and effective relationships.

* Client Service Focus. You understand the needs of clients while anticipating and exceeding their expectations. You have three years or greater experience managing clients.  

* Planning. You value time and use it effectively. You excel at prioritization. 

* Technical Knowledge. You effectively apply your knowledge and leverage resources to deliver high quality services. This includes a proficient use of PC and Excel. 

* This is a “remote consulting” position, meaning we work in our office in Portland, OR and consult via phone, email, and video conferencing. If hired, you must live in or be willing to relocate to Portland, OR no later than your hire date.
