The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone with the perfect combination of skills, experience, and emotional intelligence. You’ll play a critical role in providing seamless administrative support, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring clients feel welcome and cared for.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Emotional Maturity: You remain calm under pressure, gracefully manage stressful situations, and approach challenges with professionalism and poise.

  • Customer Service Pro: You’re the ultimate people person—friendly, approachable, and skilled at creating positive client experiences while representing our practice.

  • Accounts Receivable Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with billing, payments, and managing accounts is a strong plus.

  • Exceptional Administrative Skills: You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Clinical/Medical Knowledge: Veterinary or medical experience is a plus, helping you understand the importance of accurate scheduling, recordkeeping, and patient care coordination.

  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with computer systems, scheduling software, and medical records management.

  • Team Player: You bring a collaborative, positive attitude and thrive as part of a supportive team.

  • Bilingual (Preferred): Fluency in English and Spanish is a bonus!

What You’ll Do

As a Veterinary Service Coordinator, you’ll be the first friendly face clients see. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
