We just ended our 6th year of delivering industry-leading results to our clients and achieved a 2nd year of 50%+ growth in services. We are going to market for new SDR’s to add to our seasoned team as we invest in accelerating growth and maximizing a new industry-first SaaS product to be release in Q2 2020.

The opportunity:
We are on the hunt for 2 additional outbound salespeople to join our existing team. This pivotal role will focus on generating interest from potential clients nationally that can be handed off to our Client Engagement Managers for closing. This position will guarantee that all prospects are thoroughly vetted with best in class customer service, integrity and timeliness. This role has internal advancement opportunities for the right individual. The outbound salesperson hired 3 years ago is now our Director of Client Engagement and another one added 12 months ago is now a Manager.

What you’ll contribute:

  • Help coordinate outreach being driven by leading-edge digital marketing campaigns
  • Initiate first point of contact introductory calls to qualify client interest and intent
  • Research and secure qualified opportunities for CEM’s through effective relationship building
  • Secure a connection between qualified leads and our CEM’s
  • Share, learn and collaborate with team members to develop strategies, improve execution and drive extraordinary team results
  • Manage time effectively and clearly understand defined expectations from leadership

 

What it takes:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with customer faced prospecting, sales, business development or recruiting
  • Authorization to work in the United States without restriction
  • Dependable attendance to our office in downtown Portland, OR

Our ideal hire will have:

  • Outbound Sales Experience (SDR/CSM/customer service/ inside sales experience)
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • Experience and/or a craving of working with a fast-growing company in the initial phases of scaling
