What You’ll Do:

• Establish and lead operational excellence as the first-ever Practice Manager at our clinic.

• Oversee all aspects of hospital operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Partner with the practice owner to enhance our services, optimize workflows, and grow the hospital.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure an outstanding experience for pets and their families.
