We are seeking a full-time Certified Veterinary Technician who believes that veterinary medicine is about people just as much as pets.  We want someone who values empathy first, connection over convenience, and teamwork over position.

Who We Are

Sheridan Pet Care is a locally owned and intentionally independent, small animal practice devoted to caring for dogs and cats through every stage of life. We provide comprehensive services including:

• surgery
• advanced dentistry with full-mouth dental radiographs
• internal medicine
• a fully equipped in-house lab and pharmacy
• both in-clinic and house-call appointments

We are committed to delivering exceptional medicine in a way that feels thoughtful and supportive. As we work toward AAHA and Fear Free certification, we focus on creating an environment where pets feel safe and clients feel heard. Every team member receives continuing education in the Human-Animal Bond because we believe great veterinary care begins with understanding connection.

The Role

As a Veterinary Technician at Sheridan Pet Care, you won’t just “do the job”, you’ll be a valued clinical partner in a practice that believes great medicine and great culture go hand in hand.

We utilize our technicians to the full extent of their training and licensure. Your skills won’t be wasted here. From anesthesia and dentistry to diagnostics and client education, your expertise will be trusted, supported, and continuously developed.

• Licensed/Registered (or eligible) Veterinary Technician
• Values open communication and collaborative teamwork
• Comfortable having honest, supportive conversations with clients

• $22–$24 per hour based on experience and licensure
