Compassion Animal Hospital is a privately owned, growing mixed-animal practice in East Berlin, Pennsylvania seeking a compassionate, hardworking, and positive Associate Veterinarian to join our team.

We are open to full-time or part-time candidates. An experienced veterinarian would be a great addition to our team, but we are also happy to consider a newer graduate who is a great fit and eager to grow with us. Large animal experience or interest is a plus!

• Scheduled emergency appointment slots and drop-off exams to help prevent chronically overbooked schedules

• 4-day work week for full-time veterinarians, with large animal rotation if qualified

• 2–3 technicians per veterinarian to provide strong support throughout your day

• 80 hours of PTO for full-time Associate Veterinarians after 90 days of employment

Our hospital offers:

• Digital radiography

• In-house pharmacy and diagnostics

• Dedicated surgical suite

• Ultrasound and echocardiography with certified CVTs

• Two Class IV therapeutic lasers

• Mixed-animal medicine, including dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, and large animals
