Frankfort Animal Clinic is seeking a part or full-time receptionist to provide outstanding customer service to our wonderful clients and patients.

About Us:

Animal Clinic is a busy, 4-doctor, small animal hospital practicing cutting-edge veterinary medicine in Frankfort, Kentucky. Our dedication to our clients and quality medicine are our top priorities. We are respected in our community and have cared for pets for over 50 years.

About You:

We seek a part-time or full-time Receptionist to help us move our practice forward. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience and a desire to help humans and animals. 

As communication with clients is critical to providing the best patient care, the successful candidate will enjoy educating clients, answering questions about our services, and explaining treatment plans.

While we prefer someone with animal care experience, we are willing to train for this position, and there is always the potential for learning, growth, and advancement within our practice.

The ideal candidate would be:

• dependable and punctual
• positive and have great communication and people skills
• comfortable around a variety of animals
• computer literate
• a pro at multitasking
• able to lift 20 lbs.
