• Occasionally bring coffee for your techs
• Be able to engage and listen to client stories about why each and every pet is unique
• Occasionally partake in a cat rodeo
• Be empathetic to your clients, your co-workers, and yourself
• Eat the lunch that the drug rep brings for a lunch & learn – but don’t worry our PM will run interference for you if you don’t want to talk with them
• Ask for help
• Offer help
