South Broward Animal Hospital has a rare opportunity available for a Practice Manager to come join our exquisite team. We are a full service small animal hospital that is in the beautiful Fort Lauderdale area and we need an individual with strong leadership skills to help grow our practice.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice, inventory management, human resource functions, payroll processing, training, ability to work collaboratively with veterinarians and support staff. You will also be responsible for implementing processes and procedures, manage the customer service experience, creating and assisting with budgets, managing the staff schedule and more.

Our ideal candidate will have previous veterinary and management experience, is proactive and a critical thinker, self- directed and motivated, mature, respectful, compassionate, detail oriented and will have great communication and intra personal skills.
