We started iVET360 to improve upon current industry standards for closing the implementation gap in the private veterinary practice community. The opportunity:

We are on the hunt for a sharp, strategic, client-facing operational consultant to join our exceptional Analytics team. This pivotal position digs into the data that drives the success of a business and flawlessly communicates these findings to untrained ears. As part of a three-person team, our prospective hire will be responsible for the oversight, delivery, and communication of cross-functional metrics that ultimately drive the financial success of businesses.

Who you are:

• You are an exceptional communicator and can thoroughly explain the “why.”
• You have a proven track record of developing trusting client relationships.
• You are effective at using data to make decisions.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and can navigate it with ease.
• You have top-notch organization skills and can manage multiple projects with aplomb.
• You are a collaborative individual who isn’t afraid to ask your team for help.
• You lead by example, not by title and you are certainly not afraid to laugh out loud.
• You take great pride in your work and understand the importance of delivering on what you say.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• A passionate approach to helping clients and teammates.
• Monthly calls with veterinary hospitals to check in on their progress regarding current initiatives.
• Customized budget development for each hospital that is under your management along with communicating monthly variances to them.
• Utilizing our operational dashboard to develop an understanding of hospitals to lay down the groundwork for deeper analysis.
• Data-driven input to simplify production and to best utilize available resources.

What it takes:

• Communication skills. You relate well to all kinds of people and build constructive and effective relationships.
• Client service focus. You understand the needs of clients while anticipating and exceeding their expectations. You have three-plus years of experience managing clients.
• Planning. You value time and use it effectively. You excel at prioritization.
• Technical knowledge. You effectively apply your knowledge and leverage resources to deliver high-quality services. This includes proficient use of PCs and Microsoft Excel.
• This is a “remote consulting” position, meaning we work in our office in Portland, OR and consult via phone, email and video conferencing. If hired, you must live in or be willing to relocate to Portland, OR no later than your hire date.
